As appointments fill up, I will be adding more hours.  At this time, Saturday appointments are offered once a month. 

 

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment to avoid fees. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

11 hours or less $50 cancel fee. 

No-show/No-call 
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full appointment fee.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Illness
If you or someone you live with is not feeling well or have had a fever of 100°F or above in the past 24 hours (Unmedicated), please be considerate of others and reschedule your appointment. I will gladly waive the cancellation fee. My health is extremely important to me and my clients – always err on the side of caution if unsure.
